4. Pricing and Payment

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery
• Delivery charges may apply based on location and order value
• The buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and report any discrepancies within 48 hours

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approved returns
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable

7. Product Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. NN Traders acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond replacement or refund as per our return policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NN Traders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
